General 17" FLOOR SANDER/BUFFER+pad holder, sanding disc, polish pads, sandpaper

High quality, heavy duty, hard working unit never let me down!
General brand buffer with Howell electric motor, made in New Jersey USA.
I mostly used this for sanding prep (smoothing concrete, stripping old glue, etc.) prior to installing floor covering on large commercial jobs, but did a few cleaning/burnishing jobs as well, that is why I have both sanding and polishing discs and materials.  There are cosmetic flaws and other imperfections (see below for details), but nothing that interferes with getting the job done.  Now that I'm retired, it's time to let it go ...
Included in this listing is everything pictured:
- General Floor Maintenance Machine
- 17 inch sanding disc
- 17 inch buffing pad holder/driver
- three new sandpaper discs (and a used one)
- one of each type of stripping and/or polishing pad (5 total) plus a screen (used)
Condition notes / flaws & imperfections (VISIBLE IN PHOTOS):
- general unimportant cosmetic flaws on the metal surfaces (scratches, chipped paint, etc.)
- small amount of surface rust on the exposed disc driver part of the motor (no effect on function)
- the rubber bumper has a few chunks knocked out (still fully effective)
- the power cable has tape covering sheath damage (no effect on function)
NOTE:  it was rare, but over the years I had to wiggle the cable a (very) few times to get the buffer going - it may need to be re-attached at the handle one of these days - but it never slowed me down
- the sanding disc attachment has a crack held together and covered by the clutch plate and fortified with zip ties
(still fully functional)
NOTE:  the paper-holding cup is one size too small, so I backed it up with a disc of thin sheet metal to insure a firm hold on the paper even when sanding old glue
- I wiped it down and blew off the dust, but there still is some dust and dirt on the sander and discs
